    The brief was to transform a 160 sqm apartment into two residential units through a new entrance on the street.
    On the ground floor, the new layout creates the spaces to host the daily needs of a young professional. The interior spaces are designed through a sober architectural language, defined by a restrained material palette – resin, oak boards, natural sandstone and plaster – and the simplicity of details, aimed at creating a contemporary domestic atmosphere.
